Ministries - Youth

JIVE is the High School student ministry at First Pres. The purpose of JIVE is to grow together as disciples of Jesus Christ. We do this by weekly meetings of Bible study and worship. We also do activities that help you get to know one another and to build friendships. We get together for things like beach days, movie nights, pool parties, barbeques and more.

Every year we have retreats and trips that we take. We attend a weekend winter camp at Forest Home and we also participate in a spring mission week to serve God's people. In the summertime, we get away for a week long summer camp to a place called Rock N Water for an adventure-packed week of rafting, canyon exploring, rapelling, swimming, and camping.

Ministry Information

JIVE meets weekly on Sunday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm in Fellowship Hall. A typical night at JIVE includes games, worship and prayer, teaching and discussion, and small groups. We hope that you come check us out!
